Fabulous work! The New Media Studio (TNMS) has a rare combination of technical expertise and a wonderful eye for design. I admit, I did not realize how much I do NOT know about web design until I embarked upon this project. But TNMS was patient with my lack of technical knowledge and worked closely with me as the project evolved from the little seed of my original idea? into a gorgeous, full-blown, functional website. I was impressed with how this provider reviewed my company?s logo and promo materials, and interpreted them into a website design that perfectly portrays the message I wish to project to my industry?s internet community. TNMS was flexible as our travel schedules overlapped?. we were able to adjust timelines to arrange for project milestones that worked for both of us. I give the New Media Studio my highest recommendation.
I’ve always had good experiences on eLance, but this was the best. New Media Studios produced superb work for me – I would say above and beyond the call of duty. He was very pleasant and personable, and human, to deal with. Since I am a self-employed freelance consultant – and therefore often away from my desk, doing business – I was rather slow on my side, providing content and feedback. He handled this well – in fact, I decided to pay half up front to establish a trusting working relationship (even though he hadn’t requested this) and we had a smooth working relationship throughout. I would strongly recommend him – it doesn’t get better, or better value for money, than this!
This was my first experience using e-lance, and I am completely satisfied with the work I received from New Media Studio. He delivered the highest level of service to me and even went beyond my expectations by fixing a few extra things after the project was complete. Overall our communication was easy and the provider was very quick to respond on every occasion. I have no negative comments. I gave high scores in every area of feedback. There were a few times throughout the project that we had to clarify each other’s meaning, mostly because of my lack of expertise on web-building and sometimes perhaps technical language – my meaning was not immediately clear when talking about content. This is no way delayed our work or caused any difficulty. I think it is a reflection of the communication medium. I will be using this provider again if I have any web needs, and I have already recommended to a number of contacts. People are very enthusiastic about my page (content management) site, and I am very pleased with my result.
A rare gem in a market flooded with impotent providers, Arturo delivers his design services on schedule, on budget, and, almost unbelievably, with personality! He makes no secret out of the fact that he is most often a one-man show and the buck stops with him. No blame-shifting, no excuses, just a good guy who loves his work. Without question, the best web designers I”ve used on Elance. From the get-go, New Media Studio took complete control of the project and were always available on MSN to discuss (often) complicated portions of the project in which they made look real simple. They also showed a genuine interest in the project and were experts at offering suggestions to make the site look fresher.
